Retreat Description

Be The Fittest is now offering a 4 day exclusive summer retreat hosted by Tyrone Brennand. An experience of luxury wellness and self abidence in nature!
Focusing on your mind and body in the beautiful country side of Lincolnshire where you will be staying in a state-of-the-art Grade II listed Elizabethan estate complete with a spa and pool set in the beautiful hills of Lincolnshire. We have a team of experienced in-house chefs preparing delicious healthy meals, snacks and smoothies during your stay.

Each day features a wide range of fun yet challenging activities to give you that fitness boost, rejuvenate and reset of the mind and body. From Meditation in our very own meditation room, morning yoga by one of the estates many lakes to daily muscle toning/fat burning workouts as well as workshops. Throughout the day you will enjoy three delicious meals prepared by our in house chefs to help support your exercise retreat programme in the most healthiest way.

Whether you want a kick start within your fitness or yoga journey or seeking self care, peace, happiness, freedom or internal love our retreat aims to achieve this and leave you with the most priceless experience you can take away.

Everyone on our retreat will have their own luxury en-suite room, decorated in keeping with the beautiful surroundings. Many of the rooms offer relaxing views over the private parkland and lake.
Each room is furnished for comfort and luxury – with eco-friendly mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets, guaranteeing a deep and restful sleep. A welcome pack is provided in each room, consisting of body wash, shampoo, vanity kit, lotions and fluffy towels, which means that you can pack lighter. There is car parking available on site.

3pm – 3:15pm: Refreshments and post workout smoothies.
4pm – 5:30pm: Relaxation Yin Yoga and Gong bath meditation
5:30pm – 7pm: downtime

7am – 7:30am: Optional morning jog/walk
7:45am – 9:15am: “Establishing your body & mind” Dynamic vinyasa Yoga
9:45am – 10:45am: Morning Breakfast
11:30am – 12pm: Guided meditation “Gratitude & blessings”
12pm – 12:45pm: Cardio Burner Workout
1pm – 2pm: Lunch
2:30pm – 4pm: Nature guided Walk and Ice Baths
4pm – 6pm: Downtime
6pm – 7:30pm: Evening Joyful Kirtan
7:30pm – 9pm: Dinner

7:45am – 9:15am: Aligning your chakras Energising Vinyasa Yoga
9:45am – 10:45am: Morning Breakfast
11:30am – 12pm: Guided meditation talk “Life through your own lens”
12pm – 12:45pm: Upper, Glutes and Core Workout

2:30pm – 4pm: Outdoor Games, Challenges & Ice baths

DAY 4:

7am – 7:40am: Morning jog/walk & Abs workout
7:45am – 9:30am: “Liberation flow” Farewell Vinyasa Yoga

11am – 12pm: Downtime & Reflection time

Food & Drink

The specialised in house chefs diligently constructs each meal with the freshest, locally sourced ingredients, creating healthy delicious dishes that will support your daily routine. There will be options to choose from, whether your vegan or vegetarian. Every dish will be designed and prepared to the highest standard and will leave you feeling content. Accommodation & Rooms

At this retreat we are offering single, twin and shared room accommodation on site. The single rooms will consist of king size bed or a double bed. The Twin rooms have two single beds. There are a few double beds, couples can note a preference of a double bed during the booking process, please email once you have made your booking to request this.

The twin rooms are mostly booked individually for couples or friends who wish to share together, the system will allow you to specify the person who you want to share with. If you do not have anyone to book with, it is also possible once you get to the retreat to choose who you want to pair with and change rooms with the other person at everyone’s discretion. All sharing rooms are same sex only unless you specify you are a couple.

Shared rooms will have 3 attendees in total and are allocated by gender; There are two types of bed available in the shared rooms, either a standard single or a floor bed, which is a bedframe-less single mattress. Both options are of a high standard and eco-friendly bedding is used throughout the venue.

There are also day passes available which will allow you access to the retreat for the day which includes all activities plus three meals but no accommodation for room night stay is included.
