This plan you will get a bespoke detailed training & diet plan based on a consultation phone call reflecting your goals and lifestyle. Consisting of 12 weeks, this bespoke programme will have workouts based at home, gym and video classes you will follow along with your diet plan. Each week we will have a one to one catch up. You will be held accountable to follow the plan and will make sure the plan is working for you. This will be assessed in our weekly catch ups.
