You will be held accountable to follow the plan and will make sure the plan is working for you. This will be assessed in our weekly catch ups.

This premium plan will get a bespoke detailed training & diet plan based on a consultation phone call but you will also get 2x 45 minute zoom workouts at the beginning and end of the programme and longer weekly catch up call’s. Consisting of 12 weeks, this bespoke programme will have workouts based at home, gym and video classes you will follow along with your diet plan. Each week we will have a one to one catch up. You will be held accountable to follow the plan and will make sure the plan is working for you. This will be assessed in our weekly catch ups.

What's included in the 12 week programme?

We dedicate ourselves to provide a service where we will put you first to reach your goals. Firstly we will have a phone consultation, from here we will create your personalised workout and diet plan based on your goals for either the gym or your home. Every client will receive individualised workouts which you can do in the gym or a workout you can follow on our workout hub to help you reach your goals. After your consultation we will create your 12 week programme for every session over the 12 weeks which has to suit your schedule and lifestyle along with nutrition. These sessions will combine all the different workouts and classes needed to suit you and your targets. We will also create small term goals that you can work towards which will help keep you motivated and on track. We also include your free one year’s access to Workout With Ty on demand training hub where you can access and follow the workout videos to keep you motivated step by step. We then have weekly catch ups and assess on how everything is going and how you found the training and diet for that week and plan if anything needs changing moving forwards.

Bespoke Diet Plans

We will give you a bespoke tailored diet plan based on the consultation and the types of foods you eat and cannot eat. We will make the plan which will aid your training, schedule and lifestyle. Each plan is worked to help each individual and can always be subject to change based on how we assess the progress during the programme.
