Tyrone offers Yoga in Chelsea in clients homes or in a private small studio. Tyrone practises yoga daily with a mixture of Ashtanga vinyasa and Dharma yoga. Coming from a fitness background he understands the importance of introducing breathing, stretching and meditation into his lifestyle.

A full consultation process will be taken place before any training starts along with health checks and a full body screening to see whether it is safe to start exercising after pregnancy although usually.
It should be okay to start six weeks after birth unless you have had a C-section or had any complications. We will then prescribe a specific programme based on the client depending on what stage of pregnancy they are at. We guide each client carefully and safely throughout the whole programme, whether you are getting ready for birth or trying to get back into shape we guarantee we will get you into the best physical condition possible.
