LEG RAISE LIFT - 15 reps. Bend legs for easier version 
WEIGHTED SIT UPS - 10 reps. Keep weight or hands behind head
SINGLE LEG RAISE - 16 reps - bend legs for easier version
OBLIQUE SIT UPS - 10 reps each side. Stay on your side as much as possible. Do each side
DRAGON FLY HOLDS - as long as you can - bend legs and hold or use one leg only other leg bent

Doesn’t matter what level you are at, as long as you give 100% each session and stay consistent with your regime and programme, the results will come. We did a mixture of own body training, weights and cardio. Stuck with a diet but was strict as in eating same meals everyday but sticking with rules. βœ… Since starting Be The Fittest in 2013/14 the goal was to help change lives of people through health and fitness. STRENGTH IN YOGA πŸ™πŸ½ I started yoga in 2015 c STRENGTH IN YOGA πŸ™πŸ½ I started yoga in 2015 coming from lifting weights and physical training my body was stiff and not flexible but more importantly I didn’t connect my mind and body as one. There was not even awareness that this connection even existed. Through daily practice and bringing the connection of awareness into everyday my body and mind became stronger. The dedication I needed to practice for hours focusing on breath and asana required total surrendering that only yoga achieved. Through this I became more flexible and stronger but my mind gained a different strength I never ever imagined I could attain. Practice practice practice πŸ™πŸ½πŸ’ͺ🏽πŸ’ͺ🏽

Here I’m jumping into crow, to handstand, into headstand then to mayurasana.

AMAZING BE THE FITTEST TRANSFORMATION! πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ 10 AMAZING BE THE FITTEST TRANSFORMATION! πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ 10 weeks work. Alexia smashing each session getting ready for her big wedding day and yes she is READY and in best shape physically and mentallyπŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½ well done and keep up the great work. We had some bumps in the road with injuries and some other minor things But just adapted around it. 

We worked on weight training couple times a week, along with a lot of body weight exercises and circuits for more cardiovascular work. We also did a lot of strength yoga working on upper body and core as well as deep stretching elongating her lower body. The diet was great and kept it in a realistic deficit and enough to keep her energy up and morale high all the way through the 10 weeks. 

Well done Alexia you absolutely smashed it. Proud of you πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½
