OUTDOOR SPA VIBES. Amazing outdoor Sauna @urban_ice_tribe was the perfect combination of using outdoor sauna then going straight into the ice baths. Flick through the posts and see what it’s like inside. Got nice and toasty up to 60 degrees In there. 🔥 This was the best for recovery.

Just going to your mat surrendering through every pose, connecting your breath, concentrating and meditating you can re centre yourself and find mental clarity to get through any situation. I honestly recommend you trying to learn yoga and just practice every day. The physical strength and flexibility will come and it’s just a bi product of what you will gain internally. Just like I did start from basics. Will be your tool for life 🙏🏽

I swear this was SOOOO cold, look at my face 😂🥶worst thing is that I made it that cold, I Kept putting more ice lol but we loved it! Was the best to do right after morning yoga and run. The perfect way to start your day. Amazing to have @urban_ice_tribe at our retreats. Amazing set up and this time with the saunas too.

WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 💚❤️All of us experience ups and downs in life and suffer with mental health. So today im with all of you who have suffered and understand we are In this together. So let’s bring awareness and prioritise mental health world wide. I’ve suffered at the lowest, felt like I had no hope and was in a really dark place and somehow was able to make it through. Sometimes we just need to talk to someone to help make things a bit better or just make us realise that there is hope. One thing that has helped me is through is meditation, yoga and exercise. Doesn’t matter how advanced you are just do a little something and let go.
