I've been training with Tyrone for around three months and I've achieved so much in that time. He seems to have a knack for knowing what I'm capable of and doesn't let me slack off. He's great fun to work with, it is a true testament to his skills to never have a dull moment in all his sessions. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to get focussed and stay focussed. I've known Tyrone for many years, when I first met him I was very thin, lacking confidence and motivation, with my fitness level at next to nothing. Throughout the years i have worked with Tyrone numerous amounts of times. Tyrone was able to identify my core fitness and health needs and he worked with me throughout different stages getting ready for competition. I learned a lot of information about nutrition, exercising and physiology. I had PT sessions with Tyrone while training for the London Marathon as I was finding it difficult to strengthen my legs. The sessions were really good and he knows exactly when to push me and when I physically couldn't do anymore! He made it fun too and was very supportive guiding me through each exercise and spotting me when I needed it. I always thought that I could do it on my own! I trained on and off for many years by myself and never managed to achieve the balance of losing weight and building muscle at the same time. From what I had read and researched on training it seemed like such an easy task and I ended up wasting months of effort in poor training schedules and bad eating habits.
I was bitterly disappointed that things were not changing quickly enough for me; I was close to giving up!
I had met Tyrone through training at David Lloyds gym in Chelsea on many occasions. Before I found out that he was a PT, the first thing I noticed about him is that he is always smiling, upbeat, confident and vibrant. Our casual conversations about fitness and health were always engaging and informative. His outlook on life is positive and motivating and his training and his eating recommendations reflected this.
His personal training service and professionalism go above and beyond what I expected to get from a normal PT that I would often observe whilst at the gym. Tyrone’s PT sessions are diverse, fun and most of all HARD WORK. No two sessions have been the same; Tyrone promotes variety in all of our training days to ensure that I am not bored and that my body does become too accustomed to a particular method.
When I started training with Tyrone I was 18 stone and within 4 months, not only have I lost almost 3 stone but I have also changed the majority of my body fat into lean muscle. Through his training sessions and following his carefully planned dieting programme, I feel healthy, energetic, younger and most of all confident again in myself and in my appearance. Ty is extremely professional and is an outstanding motivator & exceptionally dedicated to achieving goals, I think it is the best investment for my health I’ve ever made for improving my fitness. He never stopped teaching me new things. After only 2 weeks of working with Ty I already noticed a difference, after less than 4 weeks I felt significantly fitter and was able to run the same distance we ran in the beginning but ina shorter time and I lost over a stone in weight. Because Ty varies the activities and increases the activity levels gradually, the sessions are never boring or repetitive, after a few sessions I felt stronger and my stomach was flatter and my waist was trimmer. My upper arms were also becoming more defined and my legs and bum felt more toned, I really started to notice a different in my overall fitness. Within six weeks I aimed to lose a noticeable amount of weight and tone my body, and this was successfully achieved with just 2 sessions a week. Each workout aimed to build muscle, burn fat and increase stamina through a variety of exercises focussing on the specific parts of my body which I wanted to ameliorate. Each session varied the excercises, using also a selection of appropriate equipment which really motivated me to persevere. Gradually, progress occured, and the weights increased as did my cardiovascular fitness. The sessions were completely adapted to my needs and preferences whilst still pushing and motivating me.
